Relationship is our middle name

As a strategy intern for MRM, I was able to see my undergrad degree come to life, helping the strategy department problem solve, team build, and generate new ideas.

One of the major takeaways from my experience at MRM, is that the agency sits at the intersection of technology, strategy and creativity, to create authentic relationships that can grow and sustain for years to come.

While working on USPS’s evolving “Holiday Ready” campaign, I was able to hone my research skills and learned the ins and outs of working with such a high level organization, that prides itself on delivering to every US postal address.

Additionally, I assisted in research to define USPS’s brand purpose as an entity that acts as the connecting network of the United States. From social observation to competitor analysis, I was able to contribute to research decks that were used to help fuel the bigger picture of USPS’s brand identity in the country.

Skills I Learned/grew:

Researching

Deck building

Insight generation

Working and communicating as a team

Working independently
